It is time for tryouts for the 2011-2012 year!!!
Monday, May 9 from 3:00-5:00 - Meet in the small gym at Lone Peak. You will be learning a simple Cha Cha and Waltz routine and will be able to practice with members that were previously on team.
Tuesday, May 10 from 5:00-6:00 - There is a parent meeting in the Little Theater. Parents will receive information on what is expected, upcoming events, etc.
Wednesday, May 11 from 3:00-5:00 - Tryouts! You will perform in front of a panel of judges to decide next years team. Those that haven't been on the team before will be paired with someone that was on the team this year.

ReplyDeleteMen do NOT need to wear ties. Wear whatever shoes are comfortable and you can dance in (so preferably tennis shoes or sneakers versus sandals) and BRING YOUR FRIENDS! There are several guys that are seniors and are graduating this year so we have several slots open for men.

ReplyDeleteThere are spots for girls available so come on Monday, even if you are a beginner. We will teach you some dances and then you will have time to practice.
ReplyDeleteApparently I was incorrect and it would be in the best interest of the men to wear ties. Look sharp!
