Girls - Here you see our lovely model Breanna posing with the fishnet stockings that you should be looking for.  A good place to find them is The Glass Slipper in American Fork.  Notice her sparkling earrings.  WalMart is an inexpensive place to find these lovely accessories.  If you can't find those exact earrings, anything really close to that should work.

Practice for Assembly

There will be a practice for the Back to School assembly.  Meet at the school Thursday, August 16 at 11:00am in the small gym.

Girls - You will need the following items for the upcoming year:
Eye shadow: desert sunrise (Loreal)- a pink/brown/white pallet 
Blush: deep rose (Maybelline)
Lipstick: hot red (wet & wild)
You also need to have black eye liner (a pencil AND liquid) and a brown pencil lip/eye liner, earrings- make sure they're the right kind, eye lashes (they're Ardell Invisibrand), hair nets, fish nets (caramel color), bra cups, eye lash glue, a nude leotard, and plenty of gel, hairspray, and bobby pins :p also if your hair's short you'll need a hair piece probably... Good luck finding it all!

Team Building

Don't forget our team building activity this Thursday, June 14.  Meet at Lone Peak at 7:15 am.  We will be leaving around 7:30 am.  If you by chance sleep in that morning (with teenagers, it has been known to happen), find a ride and meet us out at Camp Williams.  We should be home between noon and 1:00 pm.  My car only holds 4 passengers so other drivers might be needed.

Opening Social

We will hold our first social for the 2012-2013 ballroom team this Thursday, May 31 at 4:30 pm.  Contact team captains Jeffery or Breanna for the address.  We will be playing some games and getting to know each other.  Bring some munchies and plan on having fun!

Tuesday, June 12 - Ballroom Clinic
Meet in the LPHS small gym (the gym where tryouts and the parent meeting were held) at 9:00 am.  We will be going over technique.

Thursday, June 14 - Team Building Retreat
Meet at the LPHS south parking lot.  We will be leaving at 7:30 am and heading to Camp Williams where we will participate in team building exercises.  We will need 4 parents to go with us (bring your camera so you can help take pictures).  We will finish around noon and be home around 12:30.

Tuesday, June 19 - Ballroom Clinic
Meet in the LPHS small gym at 9:00 am.  We will be going over technique.

End of Year Banquet

The end of year banquet will be held Saturday, May 26 at 2:00 pm.  Parents and students of the 2011-2012 team are invited.  We will be watching the slide show that Robin's mom has put together, seeing clips of David Moon's DVD, eating dinner, saying goodbye to the Seniors and going swimming - so bring your swimming suit.    Talk to Kayti for the address.
